Detailed Job Description

We are seeking a Christmas Sales Floor Support Assistant to join our team at NEXT.



As a Christmas Sales Floor Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product queries, and maintaining a high level of sales floor presentation.



Main Responsibilities:


  • Provide fast and friendly service to customers, helping them to find the perfect products
  • Share your knowledge and passion for our products with customers
  • Work with the sales team to maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring a great shopping experience for customers
  • Support the sales team in processing deliveries and restocking shelves
  • Assist with stockroom tasks, including receiving and processing stock
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and managers at all times


About You:

We are looking for a flexible and supportive individual who is able to work well in a team environment.




  • You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • You should be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • You should be able to maintain a high level of energy and productivity, even during busy periods
  • You should be able to work independently and as part of a team
