We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Nuna. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for coordinating both consumer and trade brand campaigns, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing. This role will involve the execution of all marketing activities, including campaign planning, product launches, delivery, and ongoing analysis, aligning with the brand vision, strategy, and premium positioning.

Campaign Support:
- Marketing Plans: Assist in creating, delivering, and analyzing marketing plans for earned, owned, and paid media channels.
- Marketing Assets: Plan, brief, and execute consumer and trade marketing materials, including web banners, online brand stores, social media posts, emails, newsletters, brochures, adverts, and in-store point of sale.
- Asset Utilisation: Serve as the main contact for ensuring proper use of Nuna marketing assets with retailers to enhance brand presence on their platforms.
- Agency Communication: Maintain regular contact with media and external agencies to build relationships, ensure campaigns are effective, and provide optimal ROI.
- Retailer Campaigns: Collaborate with national and independent retailers to create and deliver bespoke annual marketing campaigns.
- Sales Team Collaboration: Proactively work with the sales team and account managers to identify and leverage opportunities for increased brand exposure, including marketing collateral and product placement.
- Launches and Code Changes: Collate all information for new launches and code changes, such as completing NLF for trade partners, creating asset portals, resizing imagery, and creating MailChimp emails.
- Award Submissions: Working with the brand manager, prepare compelling award entries, including supporting evidence, samples, and submissions.
- Sampling: Arrange samples for marketing activities, influencers, and celebrities including budget tracking, delivery, and collection where necessary.
- Brand Consistency: Monitor retailer websites and social media channels to ensure consistent brand representation. Complete necessary documents for retail partners, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information.
- Additional Duties: Perform any other duties as required, consistent with the level of responsibility and relevant experience/training, as directed by the line manager.
Content Marketing:
- PPC & Retargeting: Manage and report on PPC and retargeting campaigns; plan and execute digital lead generation and conversion campaigns, analyzing outcomes to guide future activities.
- SEO: Develop optimized content for the brand and key partners to enhance awareness and brand visibility.
- Copywriting: Craft copy for consumer and trade publications, including advertorials, competitions, editorials, and social media.
- Social Media: Manage the brand's social media platforms, including content creation, UGC, scheduling, advertising, influencer engagement, and cross-brand collaborations. Conduct monthly analysis and regularly review competitor channels. Find partners to gift, targeting two per month.
- Retailer Engagement: Build strong relationships with retailers; conduct audits to ensure optimal brand exposure, accurate product listings, and effective use of marketing assets.
- PR: Collaborate with external PR agency to maximize positive media coverage; create impactful campaigns for consumer and trade audiences.
- Event Management: Support internal teams and external agencies in organizing consumer, PR, and trade events from design to execution including promotion.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
What You'll Bring:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Over a year of hands-on experience in a similar role.
- Expertise in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and SEO, preferably having experience managing professional social media accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with creative tools like InDesign, Canva, and Photoshop.
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills that align with the brand's tone of voice.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and trend identification.
- An organized and detail-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to meet deadlines, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A proactive approach to both teamwork and independent work.
- A willingness to travel occasionally domestically and internationally, including for weekend events and shows.
