About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Dee Set. As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for merchandising cosmetics, clip strips, and greetings cards, as well as building replenishment of display units and implementing POS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Merchandise cosmetics, clip strips, and greetings cards to meet sales targets
  • Build and replenish display units to maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Implement POS and other visual merchandising initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Work independently and use your own initiative to complete tasks and meet deadlines
  • Use your smartphone or tablet to send and receive reports and photos

Requirements

  • Full driving license with access to your own vehicle (dependent on location)
  • Ability to travel between stores
  • Confident and solution-focused individual with excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about delivering great results and providing excellent customer service
