Job Summary

OrganOx is seeking a highly skilled Service & Distribution Quality Manager to join our team in Oxford. As a key member of our Quality Organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our service processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the development and implementation of quality processes within the Service organization.
  2. Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure that complaint investigations and servicing activities are thorough, accurate, and completed promptly.
  3. Establish best practices in complaint intake and investigation processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Coordinate and perform quality trending of service data and conduct investigations to identify causes of servicing and service-related complaint trends.
  5. Provide ongoing training to Service staff on regulatory requirements associated with complaint investigations and servicing records.
  6. Lead service quality review meetings with key stakeholders to derive key trends and insights for continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (biomedical, electrical, mechanical, etc.).
  2. 5 years of Life Science or medical device industry experience with quality engineering or related field.
  3. Experience in service and support organization highly preferred.
  4. Strong Root Cause Analysis, Design of Experiments (DOE), investigation and troubleshooting experience as related to service activities and complaint investigations.
  5. Ability to travel 20-30%.
