We are seeking a highly motivated Deaf Education Assistant to join our team in Brent.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting Deaf students and making a positive impact on their educational journey.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £27,000 - £29,000 (Pro Rata, Term time only).

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting deaf students in accessing the curriculum.
  • Working closely with teaching staff and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Developing strong relationships with students to enhance their educational experience.
Requirements
  • A 2:1 Degree or higher from a reputable UK university.
  • British Sign Language Level 3 or higher.
  • Experience in supporting deaf children/people.
  • Dedication to student success and providing personalised educational opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within a team.
