This employed Mortgage Advisor role in the North West offers a proactive and hungry Advisor the chance to join a growing IFA firm. The business provides a regular supply of leads from their professional introducer and enquiries from their large mortgage book. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will focus on providing excellent, informative mortgage and protection advice to clients. The business emphasizes the importance of protection policies, with 75% of their mortgage clients having protection policies in place. You must be comfortable discussing protection policies with clients and maintaining this level. Alongside new and existing clients, you will be encouraged to self-generate business opportunities, whether through referrals, building relationships with introducers, or utilizing marketing materials on social media. You will benefit from administration support to enable you to write excellent levels of business and provide quality service. Key requirements for this role include holding full CeMAP or equivalent, having CAS as a Mortgage Advisor, and being proactive in generating new business opportunities. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to foster long-term relationships are also essential.
