Lead Practice Nurse Opportunity

Service Care Solutions - Healthcare is seeking a skilled Lead Practice Nurse to join our team in Bingley. As a key member of the clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and supporting the nursing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and evaluate evidence-based treatment plans for Chronic Disease patients to achieve Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) targets
  • Provide travel advice and vaccination services
  • Coordinate vaccination and immunisation programs for adults and children
  • Deliver routine, childhood, and travel immunisations
  • Interpret and evaluate spirometry results
  • Offer women's health services, including cervical cytology, contraception, and sexual health screening
  • Develop and implement health promotion activities
  • Support NMC revalidation for fellow registrants
  • Mentor and develop the nursing team
  • Update nursing protocols and oversee mandatory training to ensure CQC compliance
  • Conduct regular clinical audits and respond to national policies and initiatives
  • Represent the nursing team at the weekly Practice MDT Clinical meeting
