**Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveying Expert to join our team at CV-Library, working on a £60m modular build project with a leading MEP Subcontractor.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of the project, working closely with clients and contractors to ensure budget requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Commercial management of the project, including feasibility studies and cost forecasting.
  2. Liaising with clients and contractors to manage budget expectations.
  3. Preparation of commercial reports for the project leadership team.
  4. Forecasting and reporting on financial status and cash flow.
  5. Ensuring a positive month-on-month cash position and meeting or exceeding forecasted project margins.

Salary Expectation: Based on industry standards, we estimate the salary for this role to be around £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in M&E Quantity Surveying and commercial management.
  2. Familiarity with Hospitals, laboratories, and residential projects.
  3. Strong Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office.
