Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Stepping Stones. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe delivery of our learn to swim programme.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver and progress swimmers within our swim programme
  • Ensure the safe delivery of swimming lessons
  • Provide support to swim teachers and poolside coordination
  • Communicate effectively with parents and swimmers

Qualifications and Experience

  • National Rescue Award for Swim Teachers (NRASTC)
  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
  • STA International Pool Lifeguard

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and remain calm under pressure
