Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Divisional Manager to lead and grow our Nottinghamshire division. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the performance and operations of the division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow Revenue and Market Share:

Core Experience and Qualifications:
- Desirable:
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and membership in a recruitment regulatory body.
- Required:
- Over five years of experience in the recruitment sector, with a proven track record of growing your own desk or division.
- Excellent recruitment, operations, and people management skills.
- Strong working knowledge of employment law, IT, and CRM software.
- Deep understanding of interview techniques, applicant screening methods, and a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
- Must have a full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle for client visits and business development duties.
