Divisional Manager - Recruitment Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Divisional Manager to lead and grow our Nottinghamshire division. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the performance and operations of the division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow Revenue and Market Share:
    • Deliver on the division's strategy, increase brand awareness, and engage with the right profile of clients for New Resource Recruitment.
  • Service Management:
    • Ensure the highest levels of service for clients, contacts, and the community.
  • Operational Oversight:
    • Oversee day-to-day divisional operations, including covering operational activities during staff absences.
  • Team Development:
    • Train, develop, and drive the team to meet targets, goals, and KPIs in line with our 360-recruiting model.
  • Compliance and Governance:
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory governance and act as the second line of defence for issue escalation.
  • Business Development:
    • Grow new client acquisition and explore new opportunities.
  • Data Management:
    • Monitor and report on all data required for effective role performance.

Core Experience and Qualifications:

  • Desirable:
    • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and membership in a recruitment regulatory body.
  • Required:
    • Over five years of experience in the recruitment sector, with a proven track record of growing your own desk or division.
    • Excellent recruitment, operations, and people management skills.
    • Strong working knowledge of employment law, IT, and CRM software.
    • Deep understanding of interview techniques, applicant screening methods, and a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
    • Must have a full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle for client visits and business development duties.
