As a Corporate Finance Liaison, you will play a critical role in supporting financial and group reporting activities, contributing to business decision-making, and managing relationships with stakeholders globally. Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting financial and group reporting activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborating with the finance team to improve monthly financial reporting processes, implementing best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Assisting with quarterly and annual audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Helping prepare annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Gaining a full understanding of recharges, fixed assets, warranty, leases, and inventory processes, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to senior business leaders.
  • Collaborating with outsourced accounting providers to enhance SOPs and KPI monitoring, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Supporting timely achievement of business and financial targets, providing proactive financial insights and analysis.
Requirements
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge, with proficiency in Excel and basic financial modelling.
  • Knowledge of audits and tax regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply complex legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
