We are seeking a skilled Retail Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our pop-up shop in Bicester Village. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful running of the shop, including opening and closing procedures, tracking and reporting sales, and managing volunteers and merchandise.
