Postperson with Driving

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Postperson with Driving to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a Postperson with Driving, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver mail and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Operate a variety of vehicles, including vans and cars, to transport mail and parcels
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
• Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

Requirements

• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods

• Competitive monthly salary equivalent to an hourly rate of £12.54p/hr
• Overtime paid at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate
