Catering Equipment Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Catering Equipment Engineer to join our client's technical support division. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of catering equipment, kitchen units, and installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough safety checks on catering equipment and kitchen installations to ensure they are safe and fit for purpose.
  2. Maintain a deep understanding of the operation of catering equipment and the business criticality of each item.
  3. Identify and resolve technical issues with equipment, kitchen units, or installations as required.
  4. Ensure a clean and organized working area, stocked and ready for tasks.
  5. Travel to sites to complete repairs and/or commission equipment or installations as needed.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to hold a full UK driving license and have at least 3 years' experience in a commercial environment, utilizing Mechanical and Electrical knowledge. Excellent communication and customer-facing skills are essential.
