Salary: £110,000 - £140,000 per annum
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced anaesthetist to join our team as a Lead Anaesthetist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality anaesthetic services to our patients.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a wide variety of fields of anaesthesia, with a strong commitment to teaching and continuing medical education. You will be able to apply research outcomes to clinical problems and demonstrate a commitment to clinical governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality anaesthetic services to patients
- Supervise and mentor junior anaesthetists
- Participate in on-call and emergency cover
- Contribute to the development of anaesthetic services within the trust
Requirements:
- MBBS or equivalent qualification
- Completion of Higher Specialist Training in Anaesthetics
- FRCA or equivalent membership
- Ability to apply research outcomes to clinical problems
- Commitment to continuing medical education
