As a Medical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, repair, and maintenance of our range of highly advanced MRI Magnetic Resonance Imaging Systems located at hospitals and healthcare centers throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on MRI systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with our technical team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure long-term satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer in the medical imaging industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of MRI systems and related technologies
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively
