Job Overview
To ensure the efficient and professional provision of accounting and administrative services for the Branch. To provide Head Office with all data and figures as required by their due date, and to process all other branch information and statistics as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize Excel and Word to computerize data and maintain accurate records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
- Assist with IT-related tasks and provide technical support.
- Effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Manage organizational tasks such as scheduling appointments and calendars.
- Perform sales administration duties as required.
Requirements
- GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Basic IT knowledge is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Work Environment
- Full-time position.
