The Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our recruitment team as a Branch Manager. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing staffing solutions to meet their needs, and building a network of candidates through sourcing, recruiting, and conducting interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide exceptional customer service and meet their staffing needs.
  2. Build a network of candidates through sourcing, recruiting, and conducting interviews to meet the needs of our clients.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our client base and increase revenue.
  4. Monitor and analyze branch performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase results.
  5. Foster a positive and productive working environment that supports the growth and development of our team members.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a strong Recruiter with a track record of delivering results.
  2. Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles to drive business growth.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase results.

Package:

  1. Salary up to £40,000.
  2. Car Allowance.
