About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of English Language Programmes and Lifelong Learning to join our dynamic team at Sophie Hayes Foundation.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our survivor service delivery and programme team, driving innovation and excellence in our work with survivors of modern slavery, human trafficking, and exploitation.

You will play a key role in implementing our new organisational strategy, adapting and growing our programming with survivor voice at its heart.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience of successful programme delivery and management in the UK charitable sector, with expertise in leading high-performing teams and developing effective strategies.

A commitment to empowering women survivors of modern slavery is essential, as is the ability to develop programme strategies and translate them into plans and budgets.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - 65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme and flexible working arrangements.
