Senior Architectural Technologist Opportunity

Conrad Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team in Huddersfield. As a key member of the Architectural Team, you will work closely with experienced Architects, Technologists, and Technicians to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Produce technical design drawings for RIBA Work Stage 2 to 6 on residential schemes
  2. Develop 3D Revit models for concept design to construction issue information
  3. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, producing working drawings/specifications and checking/amending work drafted by others
  4. Produce planning, building control, and construction issue drawings
  5. Attend client meetings and site visits, providing technical advice when required
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 5-10 years experience working up to Senior Architectural Technologist level
  2. AutoCAD experience is essential; REVIT would be desirable
  3. Previous experience working on Residential projects would be beneficial
  4. Prior knowledge/awareness of writing design & access statements, planning statements, and developing measured site surveys
  5. Proven leadership skills and ability to prioritize and strategize
  6. Full, clean driving licence
