About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a large manufacturer delivering projects across the UK. You will be responsible for managing multiple sites across the region, liaising with clients on technical issues, and ensuring the successful delivery of timber frame kits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple sites across the Central Belt region
  • Liaise with clients on technical issues and queries
  • Ensure the successful delivery of timber frame kits
  • Communicate effectively across all levels
  • Hold strong sub-contract management experience
  • Hold a valid SMSTS, CSCS & CPCS Appointed Persons
Requirements

We are looking for a Contracts Manager with a solid background in the timber frame sector, experience in managing multiple sites, and strong communication skills. You will also need to hold a valid SMSTS, CSCS & CPCS Appointed Persons.
