We are seeking an experienced Culinary Art Director to create exceptional food experiences for Defence on a full-time basis. As the key figure in our culinary operations, you will oversee menu changes, identify opportunities to improve food services, and listen to customer feedback. Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing high-quality food that delights clients and customers
• Overseeing and implementing menu changes to meet diverse tastes and dietary requirements
• Identifying opportunities to enhance our food services and implement improvements
• Listening to and acting on customer feedback to maintain exceptional standards
• Supporting with the creation of new menus and innovative food concepts
• Maintaining a positive brand image by representing Defence at all times
• Ensuring inventory levels remain optimal to keep kitchens well-stocked
• Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards and comply with regulations

As a passionate advocate for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service, we seek an individual with experience supervising a team and a flexible approach to working. We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as part of Compass Group UK&I, supporting 250+ UK military establishments, high-profile police, secure environments, and government sites.
