• Ensuring the pharmacy service is organised and running smoothly\
• Providing support and assistance to pharmacists, technicians, and dispensers where appropriate\
• Delivering exceptional patient care within the community\
• Effectively handling errors and complaints\

**Requirements**\

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)\
• MPharm, BPharm, or equivalent qualification\
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment\
• Proven post-qualification experience working in a pharmacy environment\
