About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Seasonal Artist to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert advice on our range of beauty products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class artistry and customer service to our clients, ensuring they feel empowered to be their most beautiful selves.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and management, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Adapt your approach to meet the needs of diverse customers, providing personalized solutions and recommendations.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the beauty industry.
About You

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual who is passionate about beauty and customer service. Ideally, you will have:

A strong background in beauty therapy, with a minimum of NVQ-3 level qualification.Previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment, preferably in the beauty or retail sector.A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.Why Join Us?
