About this role:

The Customer Service Executive plays a crucial part in the broader merchandising and supply chain team, ensuring the seamless execution of supply chain systems and processes to maximize efficiency for the UK and Ireland business.

This role involves acting as a key support for the UK business to promote the brand position and achieve the brand vision - to become a unique premium and sport-inspired brand, improving profitability and desirability while respecting the company's values.

Main activities include:

  • Working closely with the customer service manager and supply team to implement and adapt global processes to the UK market.
  • Providing strong support and coordinating the supply chain for all products in the UK, especially for wholesale key accounts.
  • Using strong analytical skills to provide clear, accurate level information and reporting of shipping performance vs targets and KPIs.
  • Investigating and reconciling any compliance and delivery issues, including raising credits and communicating these to the customer.
  • Optimizing the order-books to maximize conversion.
  • Managing WHSL order book cleaning.
  • Order entry management and order-book reconciliation.
  • Working closely with the 3PL and customer to ensure compliance and efficiency with shipments and customization.
  • Reporting risks and opportunities back to the business.
  • Checking and following up on orders, stock movements, stock arrivals, booking, and shipping process.
  • Ensuring all inventory is allocated in a timely manner.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of systems, tools, and processes, and finding smart solutions.
  • Building a strong partnership with key departments in France and in the UK to share common processes.
Main skills, competencies, and knowledge required:
  • Successful experience as a customer service representative, supply chain executive, logistics coordinator, or key account order manager.
  • Proficient logistics and operations knowledge.
  • Customer service, product, and sales-oriented skills.
  • Handling basic figures analysis.
  • Accountability.
  • Advanced computer literacy skills, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Preferred understanding of ORLI, CBR, and SAP.
  • Excellent knowledge of the UK market and passion for fashion.
