Job Summary

King & Moffatt Building Services, a Deloitte Best Managed Company Award winner, is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of personnel within their team, ensuring safe and high-quality work delivery, and maintaining productivity targets.

This is a leadership role that requires the ability to champion safety, implement Lean initiatives, and manage plant and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and a willingness to develop management and supervision skills.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Champion safety and quality within the work crew and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Manage plant and equipment, and implement Lean initiatives to improve productivity.
  • Coordinate daily and weekly work plans with the planning team and ensure accurate commitment delivery.
  • Order materials and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and participate in team calls with commercial, design, store, and suppliers.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, leadership experience, and a willingness to develop management and supervision skills. They will have a proven track record of delivering safe and high-quality work, and be able to champion safety and quality within their team.
