Student Mentor

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £32,000 per annum.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Student Mentor to join our team at beBee Professionals in Castleford. As a key member of our support staff, you will work closely with teachers to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs.

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN during lessons and outside of class time.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement IEPs that cater to each student's unique needs.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents to ensure a seamless support process.

• Prior experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building trust with students and their families.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to establish rapport with students are critical qualities for this role.
