We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collections Agent to join our team at Shared Services Connected Ltd. In this position, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our clients by assisting customers with their overdue accounts and ensuring timely payments.
As a Collections Agent, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, resolving general invoice queries, and creating repayment plans to help customers clear their outstanding debt. You will also collaborate with our clients to resolve any disputed invoice queries and complete administrative tasks such as running reports on ledgers.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in FCA regulated collections or accounts receivable environment, as well as experience in firm but fair negotiations to achieve the desired outcome. You will also need to have clarity in your communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations with resilience and tact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with customers and support them to recover missed payments.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in FCA regulated collections or accounts receivable environment.

- Proficiency with MS Excel and administration skills to handle detailed accounts clearly and concisely.
