Dental Engineer Role

Alecto Recruitment is seeking an experienced Dental Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with dental equipment and a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation, servicing, and repair of dental equipment, including intraoral X-rays, suction devices, autoclaves, and dental chairs.
Maintain comprehensive records of installations, services, and repairs, as well as the usage of company equipment, tools, and communication devices.
Take full responsibility for the management and care of company property, including spare parts, tools, and the company vehicle.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience within the dental industry or transferable skills in electrical or mechanical installation and maintenance.
Proficient in working with dental chairs, instruments, suction units, monitors, X-ray machines, and generators, with a good understanding of decontamination equipment such as autoclaves and washer disinfectors.
Relevant electrical and mechanical qualifications, with a working knowledge of hydraulic systems.
A full, clean driving licence and strong customer service skills are essential for this role.
