Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of children's needs and develop effective care plans to ensure their well-being and safety.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, therapists, and other professionals, to provide comprehensive support to children and families.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to children and families, promoting resilience and coping strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners, including schools, healthcare providers, and other organizations, to ensure seamless support for children and families.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in child welfare and social work, applying this knowledge to inform your practice and improve outcomes for children and families.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in child welfare or social work, preferably in a referral and assessment role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
