Telephone Adviser

We are seeking a Patient Advisor to join our team at One Wight Health Ltd. As a Patient Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

• Greet and direct patients in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Manage the appointment system and book appointments as needed.
• Process patient information and assist with general inquiries.
• Act as the central point of contact for patients and distribute information as required.
• Liaise with the multidisciplinary team and external agencies to ensure seamless communication.

• GCSE level or equivalent in a relevant subject.
• Experience working with the general public and in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and autonomously.
