Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our team at Jago Consultants. As a Senior Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standard of customer service and professionalism in our automotive dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner.
- Repair Work Coordination: Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken.
- Sales and Upselling: Sell additional products as appropriate to customers' needs.
- Communication and Documentation: Advise on timescales and collection arrangements, produce job cards on in-house computer system, update customer and vehicle records, and document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy.
- Financial Management: Prepare and complete invoices.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a car garage or main car dealership.
- Skills: Enthusiastic and passionate about the motor trade, full driving licence, and excellent customer service skills.
