Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring and managing flat networks, providing technical support, and managing Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Configure and manage flat networks using routers and access points
* Provide 3rd line support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to mobile signals, 3CX, Novia, firewalls, email web filtering, Mimecast, Hyper-V, and Windows environments
* Manage and support Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments
* Travel to various sites across the UK, requiring a full UK driving licence
* Work independently and as part of a team, with occasional site and construction experience being beneficial but not essential
Requirements:
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in setting up and managing flat networks, knowledge of mobile signals, 3CX, Novia, firewalls, email web filtering, Mimecast, Hyper-V, and Windows environments
* Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
* Experience: Minimum of 2nd line support experience
* Full UK driving licence
