About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong administrative background, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a point of contact between external clients and engineers;
  • Answering and directing phone calls;
  • Organising and scheduling planned maintenance and call out services;
  • Bookkeeping and reconciling payments.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge of office management systems, including Xero, Hubdoc, and simPRO.
