Job Title: Support Worker

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Support Worker to join our team in a dynamic home based in Woodbridge, Suffolk. You will be working for a leading healthcare provider, delivering exceptional care services to residents.

This special service specialises in a range of care services, including residential care, respite care, dementia care, and convalescence care. As a Support Worker, your key duties will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents.
  • Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship.
  • Encourage independence, well-being, and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping at all times.

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Have a genuine desire to care for others.
  • A good team player.
  • In a remote location, a Driving Licence is desirable, however transport can be provided.

The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of £12.00 per hour and the annual salary is £22,464 per annum. This exciting position is a full-time role for 36 hours a week on days. In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive the following generous benefits:
