Key Responsibilities:- Manage workflow across multiple factory sites, ensuring processes are maintained in line with company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Oversee all stages of workshop operations, including fabrication and machine shop delivery, to ensure adherence to company procedures.
- Provide training and assistance to employees to ensure they meet company standards.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met throughout the business.
- Report any equipment issues or safety concerns immediately to the Health and Safety Manager/Operations Manager.
- Ensure adherence to all Health and Safety procedures throughout the workshop and other factory areas at all times.
- Collaborate with Designer Engineers on methods to improve product and production efficiency.
- Ensure all work meets the company's high standards of quality and production.
- Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing background.
- Proficiency in IT software, such as Microsoft packages.
