Lisini Pub Co is a highly regarded, established family run business with over 50 years' experience of absolute excellence in hospitality.
We are currently seeking a dynamic chief operations officer to oversee all aspects of operations, including staffing, inventory and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective daily operations to achieve optimum manpower levels.
- Financial Performance: Develop and manage budgets, analyse financial reports and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and control costs. Achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a consistently high level of customer service. Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Ensure, through regular monitoring, that standards of comfort, atmosphere, cleanliness and safety are maintained.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train and develop a high-performing team. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth.
- Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events. Identify opportunities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, EHO, licensing laws and company policies. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, order supplies and manage vendor relationships. Ensure stock control and minimize waste.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local communities and organizations. Represent the company at local events and initiatives.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years similar experience
- Excellent management and development skills
- Excellent organisation and people skills
