We are seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to join our team in Essex. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and converting them into sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join a well-established and expanding Telecoms company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business leads through cold calling and lead development
• Convert leads into sales by pitching rewarding solutions to our business customers
• Work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in telesales or appointment setting, preferably in a Telecoms company
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

What We Offer:
• Competitive basic salary of £25k-£40k depending on experience
• OTE of £55k-£75k
