We are excited to present an opportunity for an Architect to join Conrad Consulting Ltd, a relatively newly established Architectural practice based in the West Midlands. The practice specializes in delivering predominantly Residential schemes and is looking to grow their team with an Architect joining them on a permanent basis.

The practice is headed up by two vastly experienced Chartered Architectural Technologists and a team of Architects & Technologists. They work with modern software packages, predominantly Revit & AutoCAD, and have a pipeline of work predominantly in the Residential sector continuously growing.

The role on offer is for an Architect with approx. 2-3 years of experience. The position offers flexibility and aspects of hybrid working, with the opportunity to work from home 1-2 days a week. The practice is looking for someone who is proficient in Revit & AutoCAD and has experience in Residential design.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering Residential schemes
  • Working closely with the practice team to deliver projects
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
