Job Title: Refrigeration Systems Specialist
Job Overview:
Role Objective: The incumbent will be tasked with executing refrigeration maintenance, both reactive and proactive, in alignment with client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute assigned duties under the supervision of the Senior Managing Engineer or Operations Manager
- Identify and rectify equipment malfunctions
- Efficiently utilize client management systems
- Respond to service requests from Service Control
- Maintain precise service logs and timekeeping records
- Timely update client reporting systems
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently
Performance Indicators:
- Build robust relationships with clients and team members
- Deliver high-quality maintenance services across various contracts
- Meet contract objectives and KPIs
- Ensure excellent communication with all stakeholders
- Achieve health and safety and quality benchmarks
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Exhibit proficiency in refrigeration systems, electrical tasks, and fabric repairs
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience with refrigeration and alarm systems
- Possess an 'F-GAS 2079 Refrigerant Handling' certification
- Familiarity with CO2 systems
- Basic HVAC experience is advantageous
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a positive demeanor
- Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to quality and meticulous attention to detail
