We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our client's team in a beautiful nursing home in Pontypool, Torfaen. The home specializes in providing high-quality care to individuals with dementia and elderly residents.
Job Responsibilities- Monitor and manage the health and well-being of residents, including administering medication and providing wound care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Lead a team of care assistants and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent care standards.
- Liaise with the multidisciplinary team, including GPs and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Hold a relevant nursing qualification, such as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Mental Health Nurse (RMN) degree.
- Be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Have satisfactory references and the right to work in the UK.
