Job Description

**Job Title:** Salesforce Technical Lead

**Company:** CloudCo Solutions Ltd

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team at CloudCo Solutions Ltd. As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will play a key role in leading the design and delivery of integration workstreams, providing instructions and guidelines to the technical development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design and delivery of integration workstreams, providing instructions and guidelines to the technical development team.
  2. Have experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  3. Lead and manage a small team of 2-3 Salesforce Developers.
  4. Help design business processes, including automations based on the Salesforce Platform.
  5. Translate business requirements and develop functional and technical designs.
  6. Build integration jobs based on instructions and guidelines, and build/implement web-based user interfaces.
  7. Facilitate code sharing and control by regularly submitting code to the concurrent version system repository.
  8. Have experience leading detailed design workshops, playbacks, testing, and training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a small team of Salesforce Developers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead technical design and solution discussions with clients.
  • Ability to design and deliver integration workstreams, including automations based on the Salesforce Platform.
  • Experience with code sharing and control, including submitting code to the concurrent version system repository.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead detailed design workshops, playbacks, testing, and training sessions.
