About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of colleagues to achieve business objectives
• Ensure the store is run efficiently and effectively, with a focus on customer service and sales growth
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage store budgets and resources to achieve financial targets
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
