Are you ready to embark on a challenging and rewarding career in finance? Look no further than TJX Europe's Finance Graduate Programme. As a graduate in this programme, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Programme Overview

The Finance Graduate Programme is a three-year programme that will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the finance function within TJX Europe. You will rotate through three core finance pillars: Commercial Finance, Business Planning & Analysis, and Financial Control. This will give you a broad range of experiences and skills, and prepare you for a successful career in finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analysis of financial metrics and KPIs
  • Business partner meetings - collaborating with business partners to aid them in achieving their targets
  • Forecasting - using knowledge and forecasting techniques to estimate future sales and cost patterns
  • Exploring new financial tools/aids - software such as Power BI to provide the most value with insights and maximise the data we have access to
  • Working in the grey - collaborating with team members to reach a consensus of the best method of approach despite missing insights which provides opportunity for team working
  • Integrity of P&L accounts - ensuring costs are located appropriately through collaboration with other finance teams to uphold P&L integrity
  • A constantly changing environment - no two days are the same, whether it be due to ad hoc requests are external environmental factors, there is always something to challenge and to learn

You should have good communication skills, a natural curiosity, and a talent for connecting with people. A degree in any discipline is required, but a keen interest in finance is essential.
