About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Radiographer to join our team at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. As a Mobile Radiography Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality imaging services to patients across the North Central London region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver diagnostic imaging services to patients using a range of modalities, including CT and X-ray.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve high-quality patient care and safety.
  • Develop and maintain a robust QA program to ensure optimal imaging performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental targets and care pathways.

Requirements

  • DCR (R) or BSc Diagnostic Radiography qualification.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Substantial post-qualification experience in diagnostic radiography.
  • Knowledge and experience with NHS targets and care pathways.
  • Experience in specialized imaging techniques, such as CT and Interventional Radiology/Cardiology.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • IV Cannulation Certificate.
  • Experience of performing Quality Assurance tests and management of a robust QA program.
