Job Role:

As a key member of our team at Blue Arrow, you will be responsible for assisting in the operation of various finishing equipment, including but not limited to Neopost mailing machines, Paragon pressure sealers / folding machine and Duplo booklet maker/finisher, fusion encloser.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain specified machines to the expected standards, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Complete consumables stock takes for the machines as required, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Maintain machinery to required standard of housekeeping, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Ensure product quality standards are achieved and maintained on the machines, meeting customer expectations.
  • Adhere to all process standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with colleagues and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment, with manual handling tasks.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
