As an Automotive Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our client dealer network and conducting technical part analysis. Your key performance indicators (KPIs) will be set by the business, and you will need to work in conjunction with practical warehouse processes and in support of any specific customer campaigns.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Proven knowledge of Motor Vehicle Technical Catalogue tools and techniques
- Excellent communication skills to provide technical support for dealers
- The ability to conduct thorough and methodical technical parts analysis
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Organisational skills and the ability to juggle tasks and prioritise effectively
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £24,960 to £29,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also benefit from training provided, on-site parking, and a fixed-term contract.
If you have similar experience and are confident in using Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, then this could be the ideal opportunity for you. We are looking for a great team player who can work independently and handle data analysis.
