Job Title: Clinical Team Coordinator

Earn a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum as a Clinical Team Coordinator at NHS.

The Medical Secretary role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient management of the consultant firm. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to a consultant team within the Clinical Unit, liaising with colleagues and internal/external departments to guarantee patient treatment continuity.

Main duties include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for users of the service, handling telephone enquiries from patients, carers, GPs, and colleagues in other hospitals in a professional manner.
  • Type and distribute clinical and general correspondence in line with Trust standards.
  • Maintain high-quality data and develop a bring-forward system.
  • Demonstrate commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and assist in resolving informal complaints.
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties as required by the post.
