Injection Moulding Technician - Double Days - Overtime Opportunities Available

Are you a skilled injection moulding technician looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience setting machines from 22 ton to 280 tonnes? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an injection moulding technician on double days, with opportunities for overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely load and unload injection mould tools, adhering to established procedures.
  • Set up production tooling and ancillary equipment according to master settings.
  • Troubleshoot process issues to address and resolve in-process problems affecting quality and cost.
  • Liaise with Quality inspectors and operators to ensure smooth handovers.
  • Maintain records to confirm production is in control and operating within agreed parameters.
  • Assist with process improvements to achieve better cost, quality, and performance.
  • Plan ahead for upcoming production jobs to ensure efficiency.
