Teaching Assistant Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at a supportive and inclusive primary school in Uckfield, East Sussex. As a Key Stage 1 Supply Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the classroom teacher and enhancing the learning experience of pupils.

The Role

  • Preparing materials and resources for lessons
  • Communicating with parents and carers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working with children in a school setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enhanced DBS registration or willingness to obtain one
